Terms of Service

Castez Digital is a trade name of Castez Digital Solutions, registered under the Registration of Business Names Act (Cap. 499, Section 14), Business No. BN-Y6SDEPEL. We are a digital services platform helping clients access Kenyan government services (eCitizen, KRA, NTSA, SHA, and others) and general digital/printing services, for a transparent service fee in addition to the official government fee.

Castez Digital acts as an authorized agent/facilitator on your behalf to complete online applications and payments through official government portals, using the documents and information you provide. We are not a government agency, and final approval, processing time, and issuance of any government document or certificate remains solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority.

Every service listed on our platform shows two amounts:

• Government Fee — the official amount charged by the government portal, paid in full to that portal/agency, not retained by Castez Digital.
• Castez Digital Service Fee — our charge for handling the application accurately, guiding document requirements, and managing the process end-to-end.

Prices are subject to change if the relevant government agency changes its official fees; we will always notify you of the correct total before you confirm and pay.

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information.
• Not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal purpose, or to impersonate another person without lawful authority (e.g., parental/guardian consent for a minor).
• Pay the full quoted amount (government fee + service fee) before we submit your application, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround times shown on our platform are estimates based on typical government processing times and are not guaranteed, since final processing is controlled by the relevant government agency, notCastez Digital.

All payments are processed securely via M-Pesa (through PesaPal) or other listed payment methods. Once a government fee has been paid to the relevant portal, it is non-refundable by Castez Digital, as this amount is passed directly to the government agency. Our service fee refund terms are covered in our separate Refund Policy.

We handle your submitted documents with confidentiality and only use them for the specific service requested (see our Privacy Policy). You remain the owner of your original documents at all times.

If a government portal rejects an application due to an error caused by Castez Digital (e.g., an incorrect data entry by our staff), we will resubmit the corrected application at no additional service fee. If the rejection is due to inaccurate/false information or documents provided by the client, resubmission will incur additional charges.

Castez Digital is not liable for delays, rejections, or outcomes caused by government system downtime, policy changes, incomplete/false information provided by the client, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Courses and quizzes on Castez Digital Academy are for training purposes. Certificates issued reflect completion of our internal assessment and do not constitute a government-recognized qualification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in fraud, document forgery, or abuse of our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
